Many Hats

I became obsessed with sound and music while earning my degree in Recording Arts at Loyola Marymount University. It was there that I immersed myself in the film sound department and in the summer of my freshman year, mixed the feature film, “High School Record” which was accepted into the 2005 Sundance Film festival. At the same time, I spent all of my free time at the University’s public radio station, KXLU 88.9, where I was an on-air DJ for 4 years and served as program director and general manger.

I dove head first into the Los Angeles music scene and eventually met Steve Aoki, with whom I wrote and co-produced dozens of remixes and original songs over the span of nearly 10 years, including his Grammy Nominated album, “Wonderland.”

I discovered that I loved making music for picture, and have since had my music placed in over 450 episodes of television, many films and trailers, and several national advertisements. I figured out that I could bring even more value to my clients by using my post-production skills on their projects and have since sound designed, mixed, edited and mastered hundreds of projects including films, television shows, video games, podcasts, audiobooks and everything in-between.
